New clarification added: please specify what are the quanity of pipes? what the unit actually is isn't specified. for example1/4" inch Quantity165.it could be:165 pieces165 rolls165 lengths165 meters165 boxesetc.please help in this regard.Thanks.The Quantities unit is RFT. This has been specified in the Section III: Returnable Bidding Forms.
