It is at the bidder's discretion whether to submit a stand-alone technical proposal or to provide the requested information directly within the table in Form C. In either case, the bidder must ensure that all details required by Form C, including methodology and timeline, are adequately addressed.6. Please share the expected duration of the assignmentUNOPS Response: We expect to on-board the selected firm as soon as possible, with an anticipated completion date around mid-November 2026. The dates maybe subject to change.

New clarification added: 3. In terms of the technical proposal, could an alternate approach be proposed - for example, building the investment thesis for each stage of the value chain and mapping the source and use of the capital, and identifying the right mix of funders/ investors that are required? If yes, could we submit a total project cost versus a breakdown as per the provided bidding form?UNOPS Response: We will not be accepting alternative offers for this request. Bidders are requested to follow the provided RFQ documents.

New clarification added: Dear UNOPS team,1. 'Form A: Quotation Submission Form' requires bidders to specify the validity period of their quotation, which shall not be less than the period specified in the RFQ Particulars section. However, it is not specified in the RFQ 'Section I: Instructions to Bidders'. Could UNOPS kindly confirm the exact minimum required period of validity of quotations (in number of days) for this RFQ?UNOPS response: Requested bid validity is 60 days as indicated under the tender particulars.2. In 'Form C: Technical Quotation Form', Item no 6 and 7 are the same (Sector Expertise: At least 5–7 years of demonstrated experience in philanthropic, CSR, HNW fundraising, or related, with relevant experience from the past 3 years.). This appears to be a typographical error. Could you please confirm whether this is the case and provide the correct description for both items?UNOPS response: This is noted and the returnable bid forms and criteria have been amended. Please take note of the amendments3.
