Based on industry practice and expert experience, air sampling devices of this type typically require a pump capacity of not less than 30 litres per minute to ensure accurate measurements. Please review this requirement and confirm whether the specified pump capacity is correct or whether an amendment to the technical specification is required.A9: This requirement has been approved by the client and does not restrict models with higher airflow rate, which means you may offer model with the flow rate of 30 lpm or more and it will be considered compliant.Therefore this requirement remain unchanged.

The Contractor shall be held responsible for any financial loss resulting from failure to comply with this requirement, including, but not limited to, situations where shipping documents are incomplete or the certificate of registration has not been issued by the time the Goods arrive in the country. Any costs associated with customs procedures other than IM-40 (Release for Free Circulation), including IM-80 (Transit), IM-74 (Customs Warehouse), IM-70 (Temporary Storage), as well as transportation to and storage at bonded warehouse(s), shall be borne by the Contractor only where such costs arise directly from the Contractor’s failure to provide complete and accurate shipping documentation in a timely manner."A4: The request has been reviewed. New clarification added: Q3: According to RFQ_2026_63556_Section IV_Draft Contract for Goods, Annex I (IOA), Article 5.5 – Payment Terms, please clarify whether Article 5.5 may be supplemented with the following provision: "In the event that, following delivery of the Goods, the Contractor is prevented from carrying out part or all of the Associated Services due to the non-readiness of the client hospitals’ facilities or personnel, the Contractor may request payment for up to 100% of the delivered Goods as well as for the portion of the Associated Services already completed. The balance for the remaining Associated Services shall be settled within thirty (30) days after full completion of all outstanding obligations under the Contract."A3: This additional clause may be included through contract amendment in case there will be delays in the contract execution due to client facilities' non-readiness.
