Job fair retender

The TVET Program seeks to contract a qualified consultancy company with proven experience in organizing employment and career linkage events to design, implement, and follow up on a Job Fair targeting graduates of Damascus Training Centre (DTC). This assignment is results-based, focusing on achieving measurable employment outcomes, not only event organization. The consultancy company shall ensure: • Effective and professional organization of the Job Fair • Securing real employment, internship, or volunteer opportunities for graduates • Structured follow-up and tracking of employment outcomes • Establishment of sustainable partnerships between DTC and private sector employers • Contribution to improving graduate employment rates
