Dear Bidder,
The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator for a consultancy Services to Conduct an independent midterm evaluation of the EU– Ghana Pact for Skills: Integrated Action on Green Jobs and Skills Project.
The overall purpose of the mid-term evaluation is to promote accountability, assess progresses and bottlenecks and strengthen learning by the Project Team, the Project partners and key stakeholders and the ILO. To assess the progress towards the achievement of the project objectives/outcomes as specified in the project document and assess early signs of success or failure with a view of identifying the necessary changes to be made in order to set the project on track to achieve its intended results using OEDC/DAC criteria coherence, relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, impact and sustainability of the interventions, strategies, and approaches
