Description

UNHCR PSP Korea is seeking to enter into a frame agreement with a qualified agency to provide inbound and outbound Customer Services for donor retention, with an initial term of 12 months, extendable for up to two additional 12-month periods subject to satisfactory performance, as set out below:

Phase 1: 1 October 2026 – end of September 2027 (12-months)

Phase 2: 1 October 2027 – end of September 2028 (12-months)

Phase 3: 1 October 2028 – end of September 2029 (12-months)

In total a three-year frame agreement. 

The Terms of Reference (TORS) are detailed in Annex A of this document.
