International IC - Local Government Capital Market Access & Bond Advisory

Description of the Assignment:  International Individual Consultancy - Consultancy to Empower Local Governments for Capital Market Access. 

Period of assignment/services [40 days over 4 Months]

Candidates must use their own individual profiles to submit proposal NOT Companies

Submission made by company/firm supplier account will result to disqualification

Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.

Any request for clarification must be sent in writing via messaging functionality in the portal. UNDP will respond in writing including an explanation of the query without identifying the source of inquiry.
