New clarification added: Good afternoon! 1. The overall dimensions of the modules 6650x2500x3300, which are oversized in height when transported by trucks, require the use of low-profile trawls, which complicates and increases the cost of logistics. Questions: - how justified are the requirements for a height of 3300 mm? - is it possible to modify the KM for a specific module manufacturer in compliance with planning and architectural solutions and ensuring the internal height of the suspended ceilings of the premises + 2,700? - is it possible to change individual design solutions by nodes, including the scheme of fastening the modules to each other using M16x240 bolts? 2. The Plan of site organizing and Technical Task foresee the delivery of already assembled modules to the site and their installation on site using a crane with a lifting capacity of 100 tons. - can as option be: manufacturing and assembling modules at the factory, with subsequent disassembly, transportation to the site in the form of transport blocks, which will significantly reduce the cost of logistics. Installation on site can be performed using a truck crane with a lifting capacity of no more than 32 tons. 3. Is it possible to use a prefabricated structure of wall sandwich panels with a thickness of 150 mm in compliance with all design characteristics? 4. How justified is the requirement to provide a 10-year warranty for a modular prefabricated-demountable structure, using bolted connections at assembly points when assembling modules? Under the influence of external climatic and man-made factors, including of the probable impact of the blast wave, it is very difficult to guarantee the external impermeability of the structure for such a long period. ---- Доброго дня! 1. Габаритні розміри модулів 6650х2500х3300, що є негабаритом за висотою при перевезенні фурами, вимагають використання низькопрофільних тралів, що ускладнює і здорожчує логістику. Питання: - наскільки обґрунтованими є вимоги до габариту висоти 3300 мм? - чи можлива переробка КМ під конкретного виробника модулів з дотриманням планувальних та архітектурних рішень та забезпеченням внутрішньої висоти підвісних стель приміщень + 2.700? - чи можлива зміна окремих конструктивних рішень по вузлах, в т.ч. схеми кріплення модулів між собою з використанням болтів М16х240? 2. ПОБ і ТЗ передбачають доставку на майданчик вже зібраних модулів і монтаж їх по місцю з використанням крана вантажопідйомністю 100 т. - чи може бути реалізований варіант виготовлення та збирання модулів на виробництві, з подальшою розбіркою, перевезенням на майданчик у вигляді транспортних блоків, що значно здешевить логістику. Монтаж по місцю може бути виконаний з використанням автокрана з вантажопідйомністю не більше 32 т. 3. Чи можливе використання збірного конструктиву стінових сендвіч-панелей товщиною 150 мм з дотриманням усіх проєктних характеристик? 4. Наскільки обґрунтованою є вимога надання гарантії на 10 років для модульної збірно-розбірної споруди, з використанням болтових з'єднань в монтажних точках при збірці модулів? Під впливом зовнішніх -кліматичних та техногенних факторів, в т.ч. ймовірної дії вибухової хвилі, дуже важко гарантувати зовнішню непроникність споруди протягом такого тривалого терміну. _________Dear Bidder, Thank you for your questions. Please see the answers below: 1. The re-design of the KM is not possible. 2. The construction organization project is advisory in nature. The contractor must develop a Design for the implementation of the works (Method statement) and the Detailed Metal Structures (KMD), which will be reviewed by the UNOPS team for compliance with labor protection conditions and to ensure the strength and stability of the structure. The contractor may develop the KMD with the possibility of disassembly and subsequent assembly on-site, involving a crane suitable for the work. 3. This is acceptable, provided there is proper certification and prior approval by the UNOPS team. 4. This is justified as it is a capital building. Bolted joints are more reliable than welding. A landslide wave is considered a force majeure situation and is not covered under warranty. All other aspects, including sealing the building against weather factors, remain the responsibility of the contractor. We hope this clarifies. Ukrainian version: 1. Перепроектування КМ неможливе. 2. Проект організації будівництва має рекомендаційний характер. Підрядник повинен розробити Проект виконання робіт та конструкції металеві деталізовані (КМД), які будуть перевірені командою UNOPS на відповідність умовам охорони праці та забезпечення міцності та стійкості конструкції. Підрядник може розробити КМД з можливістю розбирання та подальшого складання на місці, залучаючи кран, придатний для виконання робіт. 3. Це прийнятно за умови належної сертифікації та попереднього схвалення командою UNOPS. 4. Це виправдано, оскільки це капітальна будівля. Болтові з'єднання надійніші за зварювання. Зсувна хвиля вважається форс-мажорною ситуацією і не покривається гарантією. Всі інші аспекти, включаючи герметизацію будівлі від погодних факторів, залишаються відповідальністю підрядника. Please see the answers below, coordinated with the Designer: Bidders are requested to use corrugated sheets (Professional flooring) with a thickness of 0.5 mm, as per relevant BOQ Line Items. Regarding thermal insulation and the waterproofing membrane, bidders may propose alternative waterproofing and insulation materials. The insulation must be non-combustible with a density of not less than 100 kg/m³ (up to 220 kg/m³). Please note that the required density depends on whether the material is used for the roof or the walls. For the purposes of preparing financial proposals, bidders must use the material description and characteristics listed in the BOQ (or equivalents with the same or better characteristics).
