Technical Assistance for the Development of Wastewater and Environmental Surveillance (WES) Roadmap in the Philippines
WHO is seeking for a qualified, eligible and competent proposer for the Technical Assistance for the Development of Wastewater and Environmental Surveillance (WES) Roadmap in the Philippines.
Under the overall supervision of the Team Lead of Health Emergencies (WHE) and the Head of WHO Representative to the Philippines Country Office, in close collaboration with the technical staff of WHE Philippines, and officers within the Department of Health (DOH) Disease Prevention and Control Bureau (DPCB) Environment and Occupational Health (EOH) Division and Emerging and Re-Emerging Infectious Diseases (EREID) Program, Epidemilogy Bureau (EB) and Research Institute for Tropical Medicine (RITM) and other relevant offices, the contractual partner is expected to:
Output 1: Develop inception report with detailed action plan and timeline of activities
Output 2: Conduct data gathering and analysis
Output 3: Develop the framework and roadmap of wastewater and environmental surveillance (WES) in the country
Output 4: Submit end-of-engagement financial and technical reports
