Call for External Collaborator – Independent Mid-term evaluation of the “Promoting and Building Social Protection in South Asia (SPSA)” project, ILO DWT/CO – New Delhi.

The ILO DWT/CO-New Delhi project titled “Promoting and building social protection in South Asia (SPSA)”, is seeking to engage a qualified and experienced individual consultant to undertake and facilitate a Mid-Term Evaluation activity, to independently assess the performance and progress of the SPSA project from March 2025 to September 2026 in India and Sri Lanka. Along with the terms of reference mentioned in the ILO e-Sourcing platform, the prospective consultant is also required to refer to the detailed TOR annexed herewith as Annex A, and provide information as entailed and commensurate with the scope, tasks, and deliverables of the assignment, by the deadline of this procurement opportunity.
