Description
The reference number of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is UNDP/UGA/ITB/2026/004. The civil works include the Construction of MWETA eco-tourism development infrastructure in Mabamba Bay, Kasanje Town Council, Wakiso District as further described in Section 5 of this ITB.

A mandatory site visit will be held on 2nd July 2026 at 10am in Mabamba Bay, Kasanje Town Council, Wakiso District, Contact Person Collins Biromumaiso (0781372130).

Please submit your bid on your letterhead that should be signed and stamped on the Quantum supplier portal, not later than indicated date in Quantum, addressed to UNDP Uganda stating clearly whether the prices are inclusive or exclusive of VAT and any other taxes that may be applicable. Your letterhead should clearly show your tax identification number, TIN.

Please indicate whether you intend to submit a bid by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system. This will enable the system to send notifications in case of amendments of the tender requirements. Should you require further clarifications, kindly communicate using the messaging functionality in the system.
