Venue for AGYW and AHD Yola from 6th - 10th July 2026 simultaneously

UNFPA hereby solicits a quotation for the Venue for AGYW and AHD meetings in Yola from 6th - 10th July 2026 simultaneously, providing meals and hall only. The items required are related to the provision of meeting rooms arrangements, meals (AM  and PM Teabreak and Lunch) in Yola Adamawa State.

This Request for Quotation is open to all legally-constituted hospitality companies/hotels preferably that can directly provide the requested products and have legal capacity and residential base to deliver in Yola, Adamawa state.

Objective:

The objective of the RFQ is to identify a supplier who can provide UNFPA with ALL of the mentioned products and services. The selected vendor is expected to provide such products

and services, based on specific Purchase Orders submitted to the vendor
