The Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) invites you to submit an offer for the provision, delivery, installation, and associated services of Vessel Monitoring System (VMS) Technologies to Bolster Albanian Monitoring, Control and Surveillance (MCS) Assets in Albania, for deployment on the Albanian fleet of vessels below 15 meters of length overall.
