Dear Sir/Madame

UNICEF Liberia Country Office launched the invitee to bid for the procurement of solar power systems with installation in schools and education institutes in Liberia. 

Deadline for submitting a response is by or before 11:59 PM GMT on Monday, 20th July. 

Please respond by email to the addresses indicated in the bid document or this email.

Please note the following:

1. Companies are invited to consult UNICEF's procurement policies ahead in doing business with UNICEF.

2. UNICEF shall, on fulfilment of the delivery terms, make payment within 30 days of receipt of the Contractor's invoice for the services/goods.

3. Please ensure to include delivery period in your offer.

The pre-bid meeting will be rescheduled based on the requested sent to lbr-procurement@unicef.org, not later 10th of July 2026.
