Description
The Third-Party Monitoring (TPM) assignment is envisaged for the overall project period; however, the contract shall be issued on an annual basis, subject to satisfactory performance and availability of funds.
The initial contract shall cover a period of twelve (12) months, commencing the date of contract Continuation or renewal for subsequent years shall be contingent upon an annual performance evaluation conducted by FAO, based on predefined criteria including:
• quality and timeliness of deliverables.
• adherence to the approved methodology and reporting standards.
• responsiveness to FAO feedback and corrective actions; and
• compliance with fiduciary, safeguards, and data-quality requirements.
FAO reserves the right to modify the scope, methodology, or geographic coverage, or to discontinue the contract at the end of any annual period, should performance be assessed as unsatisfactory or project requirements change.
This annual contracting approach is intended to ensure robust quality assurance, adaptive management, and accountability throughout the TPM engagement.
Mandatory requirement listed in Table 1 are to be submitted by the service providers. The selection will be based on the evaluation criteria listed in table 3, 4, and 5.
