Call for External Collaborator – Formalization Transitions (Additional Panel Survey Cleaning, Preparation and Assessment)

Clean, prepare and conduct initial analytical assessment of approximately 30 additional candidate panel survey datasets for potential inclusion in the ILO multi-country resource on transitions between informal and formal employment. Review panel structures, identifiers, rotation schemes, survey years and availability of variables required to operationalize informality/formality. Harmonize core labour-market variables, prepare panel-ready and transition files where feasible, conduct descriptive and diagnostic checks, and document panel survey datasets retained, excluded or requiring restricted use. Provide harmonization code, country-level READMEs, QA logs and a consolidated feasibility tracker
