Greetings from UNICEF Malaysia (Malaysian Registered Company Only).

United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) Malaysia Country Office wishes to invite you to participate in a tender for "LRFQ-2026-9204641 To Produce, Test, and Deliver UNICEF Branded Merchandise (Tumbler,

Bracelet & Charms) " through a competitive bidding process. In this respect, UNICEF would like to invite you to submit technical and financial proposals as outlined in the Request for Quotation and the terms and conditions contained herein.

 

1. Receipt of Invitation and Intent to Submit

Please confirm receipt of this invitation and indicate your intent to submit by replying to this email at your earliest convenience.

 

2. Request for Clarification

If you have any enquiries regarding the tender documents, please submit them using "Annex D - Enquiries & Clarification Form" and ensure you reply to all recipients in this email.

Deadline:  29 June 2026, 17:00 Malaysia Time

 

3. Proposal Submission

All proposals must be submitted via email ONLYto yliew@unicef.org and cc to mmeorsha@unicef.org, mmohd@unicef.org,

⏳ 06 July 2026, 17:00 Malaysia Time

❗ Late submissions will not be considered.

 

Please also be reminded that the maximum file size per email must not exceed 25MB.

If your submission exceeds this limit, kindly:

  • Upload the documents to a cloud-based file-sharing platform (e.g., OneDrive, Google Drive); and
  • Share the download link with appropriate access enabled to allow us to retrieve the files.

    1. Read & sign the "Bid Declaration" (Page 2 - 4)
  • Annex B - Terms of Reference
  • Annex C -  RFQ Financial Proposal Template
  • Annex D - Enquiries & Clarification Form
  • Annex E - MDM Vendor Master Registration
    1. With bank account proof (e.g. cancelled check, bank statement, or bank letter)
    2. Business registration
    3. 2 years audited financial statement
  • Annex F - UNGM Vendor Registration

Note:

1. Ensure that all required supporting documents are submitted as part of the proposal. Incomplete submissions may be considered non-compliant.

2. Bidders are responsible for ensuring that their submission is complete, accurate, and received by UNICEF prior to the deadline.

3. Submission of physical samples is mandatory and must be delivered within one (1) week after the tender submission deadline, in accordance with the instructions provided in this RFQ.
