Digital Education Platform Service for Tech for HER

UNFPA China and Bayer Foundation launched a joint initiative aimed at improving women’s health by empowering primary healthcare workers in rural areas of China. The project seeks to improve the womens lifespan health in underserved rural areas of China through digitally empowering frontline healthcare workers and fostering social innovation.

The overall objective of this assignment is to engage a qualified supplier to support the implementation of the digital training programme for primary healthcare (PHC) workers. The supplier will be responsible for conducting training needs assessments; conducting online training; supporting outreach and recruitment of participants; managing participant registration, learning records, and certification processes through a digital platform; monitoring training completion and engagement; collecting and analyzing project data; and producing evidence-based reports on project performance, impact, lessons learned, and recommendations for future programme scale-up.

UNFPA is using Quantum, an ERP platform based Oracle Cloud, which supports the United Nations procurement processes. To access the Solicitation Documents and/or submit a response, please log in to the Quantum and subscribe to the subject tender following the instructions below:
