Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) for a GTU 12.9 MW

UNDP Office is seeking a qualified contractor under an engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) arrangement — a turnkey model in which a single contractor is responsible for all project phases, including design, procurement of additional equipment and materials, construction, and commissioning — to deliver a fully operational facility to the recipient. The scope of the EPC contract includes the preparation of project and cost estimate documentation, and the implementation of construction works aimed at increasing the installed capacity of the cogeneration plant through the installation of a gas turbine unit with an electrical capacity of 12.9 MW, together with all required auxiliary systems and infrastructure.
