Description
The United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (UNESCAP) hereby invites expressions of interest from interested bidders for the purchase of surplus property, equipment and vehicles, as outlined below: • Used IT, office and building equipment, such as PCs, notebooks, tablets, printers, network equipment, medical equipment, cameras, UPS, monitors, projectors, televisions, telephones, mobile phones, whiteboards, audio and visual conference equipment, air-conditioners etc. • Used office furniture such as filing cabinets, bookshelves, cupboards, tables, chairs, partition parts, lockers, sofas, etc. • Used vehicle: Vehicle Lot 1 – BMW Hybrid Year/Make/Model: 2014/BMW/5 Series ActiveHybrid 5 Engine Details: 6 Cylinders/2979 cc/Benzene Drive/Steering: 2WD/Right-hand drive Seating & Color: 5 Seats/Black Mileage: 7X,XXX    Specific Requirements/Information The goods are located within UN ESCAP premises at the United Nations Building, Rajadamnern Nok Avenue, Bangkok. Important Conditions: • Equipment, furniture and vehicle described herein are offered for sale on “AS-IS, WHERE-IS” basis, and without recourse or warranties of any kind. • For equipment and furniture, bidders must submit offers for the entire lot of items, rather than for individual units. • Each lot comprises a minimum of 30 items. Please refer to the attached “List of Grouped Items” for further details. • For vehicle, please allow a processing period of approximately six (6) weeks for the transfer of title and associated ownership documentation, commencing from the date that payment is verified. Closing date of this EOI : 3 July 2026, 15:00 hours BKK time Interested bidders wishing to participate in the bidding exercise are invited to express their interest via email to eugene.zuniga@un.org no later than the EOI’s closing date. The solicitation documents (Invitation to Bid (ITB)) will be issued at a later stage after the closing date for this EOI. Note: This request for EOI does not constitute a solicitation or contractual commitment on the part of the United Nations.
