Bidders are invited to submit a bid for the Procurement of Hardware for the Teleradiology PACS/RIS Infrastructure specified in Section 5: Schedule of Requirements, in accordance with this Invitation to Bid (ITB). A summary of the scope of the bid is included in Section 3: Data Sheet.

Computer hardware maintenance support service
The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate revisions and clarifications to the solicitation documents following the questions received from prospective bidders. Accordingly, the updated Q&A, revised Form H, and updated Annex 1 are hereby issued and form an integral part of the solicitation documentation.

The amendment has been issued to provide bidders with the updated specification (Annex 1) and the updated Q&A document. The amendment specifically concerns the Enterprise Server USB port requirement. All changes are highlighted in Annex 1.
