Call for External Collaborator – Development and deployment of a Learning Management System and Android/iOS mobile applications for PES e-learning courses, ILO CO Nepal / SESC Project

Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: Validate LMS and mobile app requirements with ILO, MoYLE, government technical teams and ITCILO; design, develop/configure and deploy a secure, scalable, responsive and government-ready LMS with companion Android and iOS mobile applications; configure user management, role-based access, course/module management, enrolment, assessment, certification, dashboards, reporting and notifications; coordinate with ITCILO on compatibility and deployment of the PES self-paced e-learning modules being developed for the course; upload and configure the initial batch of ready-made modules; conduct web and mobile testing and user acceptance; train administrators and users; provide documentation, deploy the platform and apps and provide post-deployment support.
