THIS BIDDING PROCESS IS ONLY OPEN FOR VENDORS ESTABLISHED IN SOLOMON ISLANDS ONLY. ALL OTHERS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.

**IMPORTANT ESSENTIAL INFORMATION**

 The proposers are required to strictly comply with the following:

  • The Request for Proposal for Services Form (Pages 2–4) must be completed, signed, and submitted as part of the proposal.

 

  • Bidders must submit their proposals no later than 09 July 2026 at 23:59 (Fiji Time).

 

  • All submissions must be sent exclusively to Pacificbids@unicef.org, and proposals submitted to any other email address will be rejected.

The Technical and Financial Proposals must be submitted as separate emails with the following subject lines:

  1. LRPS-2026-9204578 – Technical Offer (for the Technical Proposal)
  2. LRPS-2026-9204578 – Financial Offer (for the Financial Proposal)
