Unsuccessful bidders may request an explanation or debriefing by submitting a written request within 10 calendar days of receiving the notification of the tender results. Such a request is a prerequisite for filing a bid protest in accordance with the applicable provisions of the UNOPS Procurement Manual.According to our records, no request for a debriefing or explanation was received from your company within the prescribed 10-calendar-day period following the notification of the procurement outcome. Consequently, the debriefing period has now expired.We also encourage you to carefully review the solicitation documents, particularly the evaluation criteria specified in the Request for Quotation (RFQ).
