REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI): JOR/UNHCR/2026/RFI/1 FOR THE PROVISION OF DIGITIZATION SERVICES IN JORDAN

UNHCR Jordan invites qualified and experienced vendors to submit information regarding their capacity, experience, methodology and indicative pricing for the digitization of UNHCR’s individual refugee case files. The anticipated services may include but not limited to, the following.
• Secure Transfer of approximately 250,000 files from Zaatari camp to the digitization site.
• Secure storage of files throughout the project period.
• Pilot period of two weeks to assess progress, the timeframe and the quality.
• Digitization of files (scanning, Quality assurance, naming of documents, and saving/archiving in a specified structure).
• File destruction.
