IN ENGLISH The United Nations Office at Geneva (UNOG) intends to launch a competitive bidding process for the provision of Mailchimp subscription. Examples of the expected deliverables: 1. Subscription to Mailchimp Email Marketing Plans, in accordance with the Mailchimp online catalogue: - Standard Plan – approximately up to 40 subscriptions, with contact volumes ranging from 500 to 40,000. - Premium Plan – approximately up to 10 subscriptions, with contact volumes ranging from 10,000 to 250,000. - Pay As You Go – one subscription. 2. Additional Service: - Transactional Emails – approximately up to 2 subscriptions, with email volumes ranging from 5,000 per year to 25,000 per month. This competitive bidding process may lead to a contract award for an initial period of three (3) years with the possibility of an extension of one (1) period of two (2) years maximum (3+2), provided satisfactory performance of the contractor and availability of funding. Souscription aux forfaits de marketing par e mail Mailchimp, conformément au catalogue en ligne de Mailchimp : - Forfait Standard – jusqu’à environ 40 abonnements, avec des volumes de contacts allant de 500 à 40 000. - Forfait Premium – jusqu’à environ 10 abonnements, avec des volumes de contacts allant de 10 000 à 250 000. - Pay As You Go – un abonnement. 2. Service supplémentaire : - E-mails transactionnels – jusqu’à environ 2 abonnements, avec des volumes d’e mails allant de 5 000 par an à 25 000 par mois. Le contrat qui en résultera pourra être attribué pour une durée initiale de trois (3) ans, avec possibilité de prolongation pour un (1) période supplémentaires de deux (2) an maximum (3+2), sous réserve de la performance satisfaisante du prestataire et de la disponibilité des financements.
