Call for External Collaborators- Consultant for the Study Visit on Bilateral Labour Migration Arrangements (BLMAs) and Reintegration

Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: 1. Liaise with identified institutions (e.g., DMW, DOLE, DFA, TESDA, TUCP, ECOP, CSOs, etc) to confirm meeting schedules; and coordinate logistical arrangements as needed. 2.Prepare and finalize the visit itinerary and stakeholder engagement brief. 3.Provide on-site support during the visit week on 20-24 July 2026 (TBC). 4.Assist in documentation and note-taking during meetings 5.Facilitate debrief workshop on the last day.
