Description
The United Nations Support Office in Haiti (UNSOH) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified vendors for the provision and delivery of aviation equipment to support its Aviation Section operations in Haiti. The requirement includes the supply, delivery, and warranty support of a wide range of aviation operational, safety, and ground support equipment. This includes, but is not limited to: • Portable airfield and runway lighting systems • Aircraft marshalling equipment (batons, cones, safety vests) • Aircraft ground handling equipment (tow bars, chocks, ladders) • Safety and personal protective equipment (gloves, shoes, ear protection) • Aviation fuel and servicing equipment (fuel pumps, testing kits, spill kits) • Airport operational systems (X-ray machines, metal detectors) • Weather monitoring systems (fixed and portable weather stations, windsocks) • Ground Power Units (GPU) • Miscellaneous aviation operational tools and kits All equipment must comply with internationally recognized standards and specifications and shall meet the minimum technical requirements provided in the solicitation documents. The contractor shall ensure supply of new, defect-free equipment with manufacturer labeling and provide a minimum warranty of one (1) year. Delivery of goods will be required within thirty (30) working days after issuance of Purchase Order, on a Delivered at Place (DAP) basis to Port-au-Prince, Haiti. UNSOH reserves the right to: • Award contracts to one or multiple vendors; • Split the requirement into lots; • Award all or selected items at its sole discretion. Specific Requirements/Information Interested vendors must demonstrate the following: • Proven experience in supplying aviation or airport-related equipment; • Ability to comply fully with detailed technical specifications (TBA); • Capacity to supply internationally certified equipment compliant with ISO or equivalent standards; • Ability to provide full technical documentation, including make/model and product specifications; • Submission of catalogues and/or images for each proposed item; • Capability to deliver within required timelines to Haiti; • Provision of at least one (1) year warranty on all supplied equipment.
