New clarification added: Question:Dear sir"We kindly request clarification regarding the minimum bank statement balance or financial liquidity requirement required for participation in this tender."Answer:Please note that the minimum financial liquidity requirement is USD 20,000 for each lot. Accordingly, bidders applying for one lot must demonstrate a minimum bank statement balance of USD 20,000, while bidders applying for two lots must demonstrate a minimum balance of USD 40,000.

New clarification added: Question: We would appreciate clarification regarding the bidding requirements for this ITB. Could you please confirm whether a bid security is required and provide any specific instructions regarding the submission of technical and financial proposals? Answer:Dear Bidder Please note that no bid security is required. However, a Bid Security Declaration Form has been included in the returnables. Bidders are requested to complete, sign, stamp, and submit this form as part of their bid.Regarding the submission of the technical and financial proposals, all requirements and instructions are clearly outlined in the ITB document. We kindly request that you review the document carefully and follow the submission instructions provided therein.Please also note that participation in the mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting is a requirement for this ITB. Any bidder who does not attend the Pre-Bid Meeting will be disqualified from the bidding process.
