IMPORTANT ESSENTIAL INFORMATION

The Request for Proposal for Services form (pages 2 to 4) is mandatory to be signed and submitted with your offer.If the Request for Proposal for Services form (pages 2 to 4) is not provided, your submission will be disqualified.

Proposals must be clearly marked with the RFP(S) number LRPS-2026-9204557 and the name of the company submitting the Proposal.

  1. Technical Proposal: The Technical Proposal should address the criteria and requirements outlined in this RFP(S), paying particular attention to its schedules/Terms of Reference and its evaluation criteria.NO PRICE INFORMATION SHOULD BE CONTAINED IN THE TECHNICAL PROPOSAL
  2. Price Proposal: The Price Proposal should be prepared in accordance with the requirements contained in the schedules/Terms of Reference for this RFP(S).

Your offer comprising of a Technical Proposal and a Price Proposal should be filled, signed and emailed separately to pacificbids@unicef.org and referenced as LRPS-2026-9204557, before 07 July 2026(23:59 Fiji Time) as per below:

(i) First e-mail subject: LRPS-2026-9204557 - Financial Offer (including additional documents)

(ii) Second e-mail subject: LRPS-2026-9204557 - Technical Offer

Proposers should note that proposals received in the following manner will be invalidated:

  1. with incorrect email address
  2. received after the stipulated closing time and date;
  3. failure to quote in the currency(ies) stated in the RFP(S);
  4. in a different form than prescribed in the RFP(S).
