long term arrangements (LTA) for Customs Clearance and Transportation services

UNICEF Lebanon would like to invite you for a new tender # LRPS-2026- 9204537 for establishing long term arrangements (LTA) for Customs Clearance and Transportation services as per attached Annex A-TOR.

Proposals must be sent to the following secured email ONLY (lebtender@unicef.org) no later than Tuesday 07 July 2026, 12:00pm.

Proposals must be sent in two separate emails: one technical and one financial.

- Email for technical proposal:

Subject line of the email must indicate: LRPS number (LRPS-2026-9204537) - name of your company- technical proposal. The email must include: The technical proposal only without prices.

- Email for price proposal:

Subject line of the email must indicate: LRPS number (LRPS-2026-9204537) - name of your company- price proposal. The email must include: The price proposal.

Proposals sent in another manner will be considered invalid.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

Please note that any inquiries related to this request will be acceptable through e-mail ONLY (rallam@unicef.org & sselwan@unicef.org) by 24 June 2026 the latest. Inquiries through phone call will not be considered.

Kindly make sure that LRPS reference number LRPS-2026-9204537 is mentioned in your e-mail.

A pre-bid meeting will be held on Wednesday July 1st, 2026, at 11:00 am via teams.
