New clarification added: Vendor Clarification Request:We would like to express our interest in participating in the referenced tender. However, we noticed that the tender was published only yesterday, with a submission deadline just three days later.Given the quantity and scope of the requirement, such a short timeframe makes it extremely challenging for suppliers to obtain accurate quotations, negotiate competitive pricing, and prepare a comprehensive offer. Unless a bidder had prior knowledge of the tender, it would be difficult to submit a truly competitive proposal within the current deadline.We kindly request that UNOPS consider extending the submission deadline by a few additional days. This would allow us sufficient time to engage with our suppliers and provide you with the most competitive pricing and best possible offer.This opportunity falls directly within our area of expertise. As a reference, we successfully supplied thousands of tablets to UNRWA earlier this year and have the experience and capacity to deliver on this requirement.We appreciate your consideration of this request and look forward to your positive response.UNOPS Response: Thank you for expressing your interest in this process. Given the urgent nature of this requirement, we intend to complete our market research as quickly as possible. For this reason, we must inform you that an extension of the submission deadline will not be granted at this time.

In order to prepare an best offer, could you please consider an extension of the submission deadline by one week?UNOPS Response: Thank you for expressing your interest in this process. Given the urgent nature of this requirement, we intend to complete our market research as quickly as possible. For this reason, we must inform you that an extension of the submission deadline will not be granted at this time.

New clarification added: Vendor Clarification Request:Please advise if you accept alternative Operating System? like, IOS or Harmony etc.. UNOPS Response: Kindly note that the Android operating system is a mandatory requirement; Bidders are required to look options as per the requirement .
