At least one team member with expert knowledge of Chagas disease/neglected diseases and familiarity with PAHO’s Elimination Initiative (including Chagas disease, aiming to ensure timely diagnosis and treatment, with the goal of curing 90% or more of newborns infected with Trypanosoma cruzi in the Region of the Americas by 2030).

5. At least one team member with experience in gender analysis frameworks, including application within evaluations.

6. Proven ability to facilitate participatory processes and integrate community and user perspectives into evaluations.
