The World Health Organization (WHO) invites vendors to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for services for the design and delivery of a Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS) Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) capacity building programme, including its delivery in Kyiv, Ukraine and structured follow-up technical support, for the WHO Country Office in Ukraine.

endors interested in fulfilling the requirements are requested to express their interest by submitting the following documents, completed in full, to the Contact Address (as stated above) not later than the Closing Date (as stated above):

1. The completed Expression of Interest Form, using the template provided in Annex A.
2. A Vendor Information Form, using the template provided in Annex B.                
3. A self-declaration form, using the form provided in Annex
