National Consultancy : Develop a National Health-Promoting Campuses Framework for Zimbabwe's Higher and Tertiary Education Institutions
The purpose of this consultancy is to develop a practical, evidence-based and context-specific Health-Promoting Campuses Framework for Zimbabwe's HTEIs, for use by MoHTEISTD to guide and support institutions to plan, implement, monitor and progressively strengthen health-promoting campus approaches.
The framework should be grounded in the realities of Zimbabwe's HTEI landscape; aligned with relevant international and African HPC principles without replicating them wholesale; actionable across different institution types and levels of readiness; inclusive of the needs of marginalised student groups; and positioned for formal endorsement by MoHTEISTD and relevant national bodies. The content, structure and priority areas of the framework should emerge from the evidence review and stakeholder consultations that form part of this consultancy.
If you have taken interest in the consultancy, please request for the TORs from vacancies.harare@unesco.org
