If you are interested in submitting a bid in response to this ITB:

  1. Please acknowledge receipt of this ITB by completing and returning the Letter of Intent in Annex A, indicating your intention to submit a bid or not, no later than Friday, June 26, 2026
  2. Please submit any requests for clarification later than. Monday, July 6, 2026
  3. Please prepare your bid in accordance with the requirements and procedures outlined in this ITB and submit it no later than Monday, July 13, 2026
