RFP UNDP-HQ-02203 Procurement of services: Governance as De-Risking - Evidence and Diagnostic Model Linking Governance Reforms to Investment Outcomes

UNDP is seeking a qualified service provider to conduct an analytical study on how governance reforms can reduce investment-related risks and improve conditions for sustainable private and blended finance. The assignment will include an evidence review, four country case studies, consultations with key stakeholders, development of a governance and financial risk diagnostic prototype, and preparation of actionable recommendations and a donor-facing narrative package.
