United Nations Office at Nairobi (UNON) on behalf of the United Nations Human Settlements Programme (UN-Habitat) Palestine, seeks the interest of qualified vendors and Service Providers to participate in an upcoming tender solicitation for Conducting Field-Based Participatory Mapping of Land Rights. The surveying firm shall provide participatory land surveying services in collaboration with the local community for plots of land located in the communities of Heblon, Qalqiliya and Nablus Governorates in Palestine The project aims to support the land settlement process through participatory land surveying and field-based data collection in line with landowners' instructions and in accordance with the technical and legal requirements of the Palestinian Land Authority. The scope of services shall include but not limited to: • Stakeholder and Community Engagement including Coordination with government authorities, community reference committees, landowners, and other stakeholders to support participatory land settlement and awareness activities. • Field Surveying and Land Data Collection including Conduct of cadastral and land surveys, parcel demarcation, boundary validation, mapping, and collection of land tenure and socio-economic data. • Land Settlement and Land Information Management including Implementation of participatory land settlement activities, road and settlement planning, STDM data collection and management, and support for claims documentation and dispute recording. • Reporting and Deliverables including Preparation of technical reports, survey maps, spatial datasets, analytical outputs, and final land settlement documentation.
