Description
The selected Implementing Partner Organisation will be responsible for the following activities, working in coordination with the ILO Skills for Employment project team, certified GET Ahead trainers and the international GET Ahead Lead Trainer.
3.1 Pre-ToT Preparation and Mobilisation
From engagement (expected July 2026) through the ToT workshop:
• Support the identification and mobilisation of 30–35 trainer candidates (minimum 60% women) for participation in the Training of Trainers and subsequence roll out of ToEs, working closely with partner institutions including universities, SMEDA, KP-TEVTA, KP Culture and Tourism Department, Chambers of Commerce, women's organisations, and local CSOs.
• As part of the 30–35 trainer candidates, nominate a minimum of four (4) members, one per target district (Swat, Dir, Mansehra, Chitral) to participate in the ToT. These nominees are expected to complete the full GET Ahead certification cycle and serve as district-level focal points and institutional liaison coordinators for the project. Their certification will anchor the implementing partner's in-house capacity and ensure continuity of GET Ahead delivery at the district level.
• Support professional translation of all training materials including the Trainer Guide and Participant Workbook into Urdu, ensuring culturally appropriate language and accessible presentation for low-literacy audiences.
3.2 Trainer Certification Support
Following the ToT through the certification period (approximately August–October 2026):
• Provide institutional and logistical support to trainer candidates as they complete their two mandatory Trainings of Entrepreneurs (ToEs) required for certification.
• Ensure that the four nominated district focal point candidates complete all GET Ahead certification requirements. Certification of these four staff is a milestone prerequisite before full-scale ToE rollout commences.
• Ensure translated materials are printed and available for distributio
