New clarification added: Q5: According to Section III, Returnable Bidding Forms, Form С: Technical Bid Form, Lot #1, S/N 4 specifies: “Measures the dose rate of X-ray, gamma and neutron radiation”.According to Section III, Returnable Bidding Forms, Form С: Technical Bid Form, Lot #1, S/N 8 specifies: “Response time no more than 0.25 s”. Please clarify whether the specified response time refers to neutron or photon radiation. Dose rates are calculated using an averaging algorithm to reduce statistical variations. This results in increasing averaging time constant at low Dose rates. What is the minimum neutron radiation dose rate at which the specified value of response time must not be exceeded? What is the minimum photon radiation dose rate at which the specified value of response time must not be exceeded? A5:The requirement “Response time no more than 0.25 s” will be removed.

New clarification added: Q2: Reference is made to Technical Quotation Form, technical requirement line #8: "Response time no more than 0.25 s." of Lot 1: Type 1 Dosimeter. Considering that many manufacturers do not specify this parameter as a separate technical characteristic in their published documentation, we kindly request UNOPS to consider not using this requirement as a mandatory evaluation criterion, or alternatively, to allow compliance to be demonstrated through equivalent manufacturer-declared functional performance parameters. Such an approach would help broaden competition and enable participation of a wider range of internationally recognized manufacturers while maintaining the intended operational performance of the equipment. A2: The request is accepted. The requirement under line #8 will be removed.
