Final Internal evaluation on the EU funded project “Promoting Policies for Work-Life Balance and Gender Equality in the Labour Market in Portugal” - GEDI/WORKQUALITY/PRT

Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: • Conduct a preparatory meeting with the ILO project staff in both ILO offices in Lisbon and Geneva; • Conduct a preparatory review of all relevant project documents; • Prepare the evaluation inception report, including but not limited to the methodology, data collection and analysis tools, and evaluation timeline; • Complete data collection via project document review and interviews with project stakeholders; • Prepare the draft evaluation report including the preliminary analysis; • Produce the final report and the evaluation executive summary and related PowerPoint presentation.
