Call for External Collaborators for the Evaluation and development of the Malawi National Employment and Labour Policy (NELP)

Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The Government of Malawi, through the Ministry of Labour, Skills and Innovation and in collaboration with the International labour Organization (ILO), plans to undertake a review of the NELP to ensure that it reflects these changes and remains aligned with emerging trends in the world of work, as well as current national development priorities. The review will provide an opportunity to update the Policy so that it continues to effectively guide employment creation, labour market regulation, and the promotion of decent work. In this regard, the ILO, in collaboration with the Government of Malawi, seeks to engage a qualified consultant to conduct an evaluation of the NELP, and develop a new one.
