Call for External Collaborators - Legal Review and Drafting of Amendments to Pakistan’s Emigration Framework in Line with ILO Standards - ILO CO-Islamabad (AFSLM Project)

The consultant will undertake a comprehensive legal and standards-based review of Pakistan’s emigration framework, with a focus on alignment with international labour standards, fair recruitment principles, and emerging labour migration governance needs, and will develop actionable procedural reform proposals. The assignment will combine desk-based legal analysis, stakeholder consultations, and drafting of legislative and procedural amendments.
