Bidders shall provide suitable outdoor mounting brackets and accessories compatible with the proposed camera and mounting pole. Manufacturer-recommended mounting hardware or equivalent solutions designed for outdoor operation may be proposed.The system shall support live monitoring, recording, playback, search, and export of recorded footage. The proposed storage solution may be local, centralized, cloud-based, or a combination thereof, provided that it ensures reliable operation, secure storage, and efficient retrieval of recordings. Therefore, no predefined distance between cameras has been established. The exact spacing between cameras will depend on terrain conditions, vegetation density, elevation, and the capabilities of the proposed equipment. Bidders shall propose suitable camera coverage arrangements to achieve the intended monitoring objectives.No predefined camera layout or coverage map is available under this procurement. The final camera locations and coverage requirements will be determined in coordination with the beneficiary upon contract award. The successful bidder shall coordinate with the beneficiary to finalize the camera locations and installation arrangement during implementation.The project currently assumes that camera mounting poles are not installed at the intended locations.
