Provision of Documentary Production Services on Universal and Meaningful Connectivity (UMC) and Development of Video Tutorial Series

ITU seeks to engage a qualified audiovisual production company to conceptualize, produce, and deliver a short documentary on universal and meaningful connectivity (UMC), with a particular focus on the importance of data and statistics for identifying connectivity gaps, informing policymaking, and measuring progress towards achieving UMC. The documentary will serve as an advocacy and awareness-raising tool aimed at illustrating connectivity challenges, highlighting the importance of ICT statistics and evidence-based policymaking, and showcasing how data can support the design, implementation, and monitoring of targeted interventions to achieve UMC.
