New clarification added: Question: With reference to Lot 2, Item #1 – VoIP Telephony System, we kindly request clarification regarding the external telephony connectivity requirements.The technical specifications indicate that the IP PBX shall support a minimum of 8 analog ports (FXS), which are typically used to connect analog telephones, fax machines, or other analog devices. However, the specifications do not indicate the required number of external telephone lines or voice channels for communication outside the system.To ensure the proposed solution is properly sized and configured, kindly confirm the following:The number of external telephone lines (PSTN lines) that the system is required to support, if any.Whether external connectivity will be provided through:SIP Trunks (VoIP service), orAnalog telephone lines (requiring FXO interfaces), orAnother telephony service.If SIP Trunks are to be used, please confirm the minimum number of simultaneous external calls/channels required.Answer:As specified in the RFQ, the proposed VoIP Telephony System shall support both internal and external VoIP communication.The RFQ does not prescribe a specific external telephony service, number of PSTN lines, SIP trunk capacity, telephony provider, or minimum number of simultaneous external call channels.Bidders shall propose a solution that meets the minimum requirements specified in the RFQ and supports future integration with external VoIP services where required.

New clarification added: Question 1: PC manufacturers will not provide longer validity than 30 days. Will you accept offers with 30 days validity?Proposed Answer 1: Bidders shall submit their offers in accordance with the quotation validity period specified in the RFQ particulars, which is sixty (60) days from the submission deadline.Question 2: In LOT 2 – Item #3 (Networking Equipment – Switches), please clarify the following:24 ports or 48 ports?2 uplinks or 4 uplinks?Single power supply or redundant power supply?Answer 2:The specified values represent the minimum acceptable requirements. The proposed switch shall provide a minimum of:24 × 1G Ethernet ports with PoE+ support;2 × 10G uplink ports (SFP+ or equivalent).Single or redundant power supply configurations are acceptable.Equivalent or superior configurations exceeding these minimum requirements will be accepted.Question 3:In LOT 2 – Item #4 (Network Security Appliance – Firewall), kindly confirm whether a solution providing 6 fixed copper Ethernet ports and 2 additional combo interfaces (supporting either copper Ethernet or fiber connectivity) would be considered compliant.Answer 3:The proposed solution shall comply with the minimum interface requirements specified in the RFQ.A solution providing 6 fixed copper Ethernet ports and 2 combo interfaces may be considered acceptable, provided that the total number of usable interfaces and the overall functionality meet or exceed the minimum requirements specified in the RFQ.Question 4:In LOT 2 – Item #4 (Network Security Appliance – Firewall), please clarify whether the warranty period is in addition to the three-year security subscription period.Answer 4:No. The RFQ does not require a total warranty period of five (5) years.The required warranty period is a minimum of two (2) years. In addition, security subscriptions/licenses (IPS services, threat protection, content/web filtering where applicable, and security updates/signatures) shall be provided for a minimum period of three (3) years.
