New clarification added: Question 1: Section II, Item 3 states that each Solar Power System Set shall be delivered as a complete and integrated solution including mounting structure, protections, cabling, and accessories. To accurately price the supply and installation scope, please provide further details on the intended station configuration, including the type of field equipment to be powered, typical station layouts, cable distances, and any existing infrastructure available at each site.Answer 1: The Solar Power System Sets are intended to provide standalone power supply to field monitoring equipment deployed within the project areas.The final installation locations, equipment layout, cable routing, and site-specific arrangements will be determined in coordination with the beneficiary upon contract award. No predefined layouts, cable distances, or infrastructure details are available under this procurement. Bidders shall include all equipment, materials, protections, mounting structures, cabling, accessories, and ancillary works required for a complete and operational installation.Question 2: Please clarify whether the term "standalone unit" refers to an electrically independent off-grid solar system or to a physically self-supporting installation, and provide typical installation arrangements if available.Answer 2: The term "standalone unit" refers to an electrically independent solar power system capable of operating without connection to the utility grid. Bidders shall propose a complete solution, including solar panels, battery storage, charge control equipment, mounting structures, protections, cabling, and all accessories required for reliable operation of the connected equipment.Question 3: Please confirm whether the contractor is responsible for supplying and installing all cabling between the solar power system and the connected field equipment. If so, please provide the equipment list and typical cable lengths to be considered.Answer 3: Yes. The successful bidder shall provide all cabling, connectors, accessories, and installation works required for the proper operation of the supplied system. The final installation locations, equipment layout, and cable routes will be determined in coordination with the beneficiary upon contract award. Therefore, no predefined cable lengths are available under this procurement.Question 4: Please confirm whether grounding/earthing systems are included within the contractor's scope under the protection requirements, including any grounding electrodes and associated materials.Answer 4: Yes. Grounding and earthing systems required for the safe and proper operation of the proposed solution shall be included within the bidder's scope, including all associated materials, accessories, and installation works.Question 5: Please clarify whether installation, integration, testing, and commissioning of the UPS systems (Items 1 and 2) are included in the contractor's scope. If so, please provide details regarding the existing electrical installations, connection arrangements, and any associated cabling requirements.Answer 5: Yes. The successful bidder shall be responsible for the supply, installation, integration, testing, commissioning, and handover of the UPS systems, including all accessories, cabling, and ancillary works required for a complete and operational installation. The final installation arrangements will be determined in coordination with the beneficiary upon contract award.Question 6: Please confirm the total number of delivery and installation locations. In particular, should bidders assume that the 24 Solar Power System Sets and the 4 UPS systems will each be delivered and installed at separate locations (i.e. up to 28 individual sites), or will some equipment be delivered to common locations?Answer 6: The final installation locations and equipment distribution will be determined in coordination with the beneficiary upon contract award. Bidders shall price their offers based on the quantities specified in the RFQ and include all equipment, materials, accessories, transportation, installation works, testing, commissioning, and ancillary services required for complete implementation.

New clarification added: Question:Will partial offers be considered?Answer:As stated in the tender particulars : Partial quotations shall not be allowed. Bidders must quote prices for the total goods and/or services for the total requirement requested. Evaluation will be done for the total requirement.
