Call for External Collaborator - Expert on Disability Inclusion in Employment Services

Dear bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The external collaborator will support the development of a global publication on disability-inclusive digital employment services and digital employment pathways for persons with disabilities under the ILO PROSPECTS Digital Accelerator. The assignment will include the technical review and assessment of practices submitted through a global call for practices; development of approximately 20 case studies from Public Employment Services (PES), public institutions, non-profit organizations and community-based providers; and contribution to the analytical framing and drafting of the compendium. The collaborator will synthesize lessons and identify operational design principles, implementation approaches, enabling factors and recommendations relevant to inclusive digital employment systems and services across different contexts, including low-capacity, rural, refugee-hosting and fragile settings. The assignment will also include contributions to practitioner-oriented guidance and capacity development materials for employment counsellors and service providers, ensuring alignment with disability inclusion principles and operational realities. All activities will be carried out remotely in close coordination with the ILO technical team.
