Call for External Collaborator - National Consultant to support Employment Services Delivery in Uganda

Dear bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The national consultant (Uganda-based) will provide coordination, operational and contextual support for the preparation, implementation and follow-up of an Employment Service Delivery Bootcamp in Uganda under the ILO PROSPECTS Programme. The assignment will support organizations delivering employment services to refugees and host communities to strengthen service delivery practices, coordination and operational effectiveness. Working closely with the international thematic expert and the ILO, the consultant will support participant coordination and engagement throughout the Bootcamp cycle, including follow-up on diagnostics and surveys, scheduling technical sessions, supporting workshop implementation and coordinating post-Bootcamp follow-up activities. The consultant will also contribute country-level knowledge and operational insights to support adaptation of materials and approaches to the Ugandan context.
