Call for External Collaborator–Feasibility Assessment and Design of the NDA Impact Evaluation.

Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office. (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed.: The ILO, with support from the PROSPECTS partnership, seeks to engage an external collaborator to undertake a preparatory feasibility and design phase for an impact evaluation of the National Disability Allowance (NDA) in Lebanon. The assignment will assess the suitability of different methodological approaches to evaluate the NDA’s effectiveness in improving the social and economic well-being of persons with disabilities, and the adequacy of the benefit amount in relation to disability-related costs. The work will include a review of programme design and administrative data, consultations with key stakeholders, and the identification of appropriate analytical approaches, data requirements, and sampling considerations.
